Elizabeth's Term as Christian Formation Secretary Ended on September 15th, 2010. Her role has been filled by Mary Eggleston. Elizabeth remains an active parishioner at St. Charles Borromeo
I'm Elizabeth Cilano, wife, mom and Christian Formation Secretary. My husband Tom and I have been married 26 years and we have 3 children. Sean is 23 and a student in Nazareth College's Masters Program, Kevin is 20 and a junior at St. Bonaventure University and Julia is 8 and in 3rd grade at St. Lawrence School.
In my spare time I enjoy walking our 3 dogs, reading, making crafts, gardening, entertaining at our home, swimming, and watching old M * A * S * H reruns on TV. I'm an alumnus of St. Bonaventure, as are my husband, son and many members of my extended family. I consider myself part Franciscan --by osmosis.
I've had lots of jobs in my life - everything from filling jelly donuts to doing research at Kodak. For the first time, however, I have a vocation (in addition to my vocations as wife and mom). I love serving the people, specifically the children, of St. Charles Borromeo Parish. St. Charles is my home -- I've been a parishioner here for every one of my 50 years. My roots go deep here and I work with the best people in the world - our fine staff. I feel blessed and proud to be of service here at St. Charles.
