When I entered first grade at St. Charles I couldn't have imagined how this parish would become such an important part of my life. It is where my husband, Andy, and I got married, where our three daughters attended school and celebrated sacraments, where Andy went through the RCIA process, where we mourned the loss of loved ones, where our granddaughter was baptized. Throughout the years I've seen many changes at the parish including transition of pastors and staff, building renovations and updates, loss of the school and Prayer Center. The one thing that hasn't changed is that St. Charles is where I continue to be nourished in the Eucharist and community.
Since 1992 I have been the Christian Formation Administrator. My hope is to provide opportunities for families to grow in God's love and to support parents as they share their faith with their children. It has been a blessing working with families who are on their own faith journey, experiencing many of the challenges that Andy and I faced. It is a journey that began for me at 6 years old and continues today.
